Tell us about the house
Most first conversations are about something a form cannot hold — a staircase with a turn, a lane a lorry cannot manage, a completion date in somebody else's hands.
Best for detail and photographs — the hall, the stairs and the approach answer most of our questions at once. Replies within a working day or two.
Weekdays & Saturday mornings
Through the working day Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Moves themselves run outside those hours where a job requires it.
- Both addresses
- Road and house rather than postcode alone. In the village the road tells us more about access than anything else.
- The approach
- Drive or kerb, gravel or hard standing, and whether a full-size vehicle can turn. A photograph answers it faster than a paragraph.
- Roughly how much
- Rooms will do — a four-bedroom house plus a loft, a two-bed flat, one room of furniture.
- Your dates
- Including the ones a solicitor or a school term controls. A date that might move changes the plan rather than the price.
- Anything that needs care
- A long-case clock, a marble top, a display cabinet, a piece assembled in the room. Notice is always cheaper than surprise.
Where we work
Pinner, Pinner Green, Hatch End, Eastcote, Pinner Hill and Rayners Lane — the coverage page describes each. Harrow, Northwood and Ruislip have their own firms and we refer local work there.
Beyond HA5 a Pinner load goes anywhere in the country, and out of it.
Starting
The quote form begins a survey. If you would rather ask something first, email or telephone — nobody will chase you.
